August 2010 pay slip - check for payscale increment and correct pay

This week when you see the payslip for this job, remember to check for the payscale increment, banding and basic rate. Underpayment may be more obvious than overpayment, but the latter can be a real problem when the amount you have been overpayed by is deducted from future payslips!
